What is Enzo?
Enzo is an Egyptian furniture brand, founded in 2019, that makes sofas, L-shaped sofas, beds, chairs, coffee tables, dining tables and TV units to order in its own factory in Damietta, Egypt. You choose the size and the fabric, and each piece is built after you order. Pieces start from EGP 8,000.
How much does a made-to-order sofa cost in Egypt?
At Enzo, sofas start from EGP 43,000 and L-shaped sofas start from EGP 101,000 (smallest size, fabric as shown). The price depends on the size and the fabric you choose and updates on the product page as you change them; premium fabric collections add a surcharge. Other ranges start from: beds EGP 28,000, chairs EGP 8,000, coffee tables EGP 13,200, dining tables EGP 39,160, TV units EGP 20,430. Prices are in Egyptian pounds; delivery is charged by area and shown at checkout.
Is Enzo in Cairo or Damietta?
Both. Every piece is made in Enzo's own factory in Damietta, and the showroom is at Signature Square Mall, El Yasmine 7, New Cairo. Enzo delivers across Egypt.

Every piece is made in Enzo's factory in Damietta, a region of Egypt known for its furniture craft, from red beech wood and the fabric you choose.

How long does a piece take?
Every piece is made to order, so it is built after your deposit. Lead times: Sofas 6 to 8 weeks; L-shaped 6 to 8 weeks; Beds 5 to 7 weeks; Chairs 4 to 6 weeks; Coffee tables 4 to 6 weeks; Dining tables 5 to 7 weeks; TV units 4 to 6 weeks. That is 4 to 8 weeks in total, and we message you at each stage of production.
Can you make a custom design?
Yes. Everything is made to order in Damietta, so we can make a size, shape or fabric that is not on the website, or copy a piece from a photo. Send your idea on the custom design page or WhatsApp a designer, and we come back with a sketch and a price.
Can I choose the size?
Yes. Each piece has a size slider in steps set for that piece, and the price updates as you move it. For example the Luna curved sofa is 319 cm as standard and can be made from 269 to 394 cm. For sizes outside the slider, message a designer.
Which fabrics can I choose?
There are 14 fabrics across the Veral, Rasta, Tesla, Java, Twit, Ovely, Moca and Panda collections. The Tesla (+6%) and Panda (+8%) collections add a small surcharge to the price. Colors on a screen are approximate, so we send real swatches on request or you can feel them at the showroom.
Can I see fabrics before ordering?
Yes. You can see the pieces and feel the fabrics at the showroom at Signature Square Mall, El Yasmine 7, New Cairo, or ask us on WhatsApp (+201011984085) and we send real fabric swatches on request. Colors on a screen are approximate, so it is worth seeing a swatch before you choose.
Can I choose a left-hand or right-hand L-shaped sofa?
Yes. L-shaped sofas such as the Atlas and the Marea come in left-hand and right-hand layouts. Pick the layout on the product page and the price and photo update.
Can I see a piece in my room before I buy?
Yes. Pieces marked 3D · AR have a 3D view and an augmented-reality view. Open the 3D tab and tap “View in your room”. Your phone camera places the piece at its true size, in the size and fabric you chose. On a computer you get a QR code to scan.
How do I pay?
Pay a 30% deposit online or at the showroom, or pay in full online. The balance is due on delivery. Card payments are made on Banque Misr’s secure payment page.
Is my card safe?
Card details are entered on the bank’s own secure page. We never see or store them, and an order is only marked as paid when the bank confirms it to us directly.
Which areas do you deliver to and what does delivery cost?
Enzo delivers across Egypt from its factory in Damietta. Delivery fees by area: Greater Cairo (Cairo and Giza): free; Delta & Canal (Alexandria, Damietta, Port Said, Ismailia, Suez, Dakahlia, Sharqia, Gharbia, Monufia, Qalyubia, Kafr El Sheikh and Beheira): EGP 1,500; Upper Egypt & Coast (Fayoum, Beni Suef, Minya, Asyut, Sohag, Qena, Luxor, Aswan, Red Sea, South Sinai, North Sinai, Matrouh and New Valley): EGP 3,500. The fee for your governorate is shown at checkout before you pay, and the team calls to agree a delivery window and places the piece in your room.
Can I cancel or return a piece?
You can cancel within 48 hours of your deposit and before production starts, for a full refund of the deposit. After production starts the deposit is non-refundable because the piece is made to your size and fabric. Faults are repaired or replaced under the warranty.
Is there a warranty?
Enzo frames are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. The warranty period and exclusions are confirmed on your order confirmation.
