Made to order furniture is built after you order it, in the size and fabric you choose. Enzo makes sofas, L-shaped sofas, beds, chairs, coffee tables, dining tables and TV units this way in its own factory in Damietta, and delivers across Egypt.
What does made to order furniture mean?
Made to order means nothing is waiting in a warehouse for you. The piece is cut, built and upholstered only after you place your order, to the length, width and fabric you picked.
Ready-made furniture comes in a few fixed sizes and in the colours a shop happened to stock. Made to order turns that around: your sofa can be 238 cm because your wall is 238 cm, not 220 or 260.
Why choose made to order furniture?
The honest trade-off is time. A made-to-order piece takes 4 to 8 weeks from your deposit, so if you need a sofa next week, ready-made is the better answer. If you want it to fit, the wait is the price.
- It fits your room. You set the size to the centimetre instead of settling for the nearest standard size.
- It matches your taste. Choose from 14 fabrics across 8 collections, not the two or three colours a shop has in stock.
- The price is clear. It updates on the product page as you move the size or change the fabric, so there is no surprise later.
- It is built by the people who sell it. Every piece is made in our own factory in Damietta, from red beech wood frames and the fabric you choose.
How ordering from Enzo works
Six steps from the first click to the piece in your room.
- Choose a piece and set the size. Each product page has a size slider that moves in small steps set for that piece, and the price changes as you move it.
- Pick your fabric. There are 14 to choose from, and a few premium collections add a small surcharge. We send real swatches on request, or you can feel them at the showroom.
- See it in 3D and in your room. Pieces marked 3D · AR open in 3D, and on your phone you can place them in your room at true size with augmented reality.
- Pay a 30% deposit. It starts production and can be paid online or at the showroom, or you can pay in full online. A designer confirms your measurements with you. The balance is due on delivery.
- We build it in Damietta in 4 to 8 weeks from your deposit, and message you at each stage of production.
- We deliver and place it. The team calls to agree a delivery window, carries the piece in and places it in your room.

Every range below is made to order, in your size and fabric. Pieces start from EGP 8,000. Prices shown are for the smallest size in the fabric as shown, and rise with size and premium fabrics.
Can I order something that is not in the catalogue?
Yes. Because we make everything to order, a custom design is the same craft with your idea: a size, shape or fabric that is not on the website, or a copy of a piece you saw in a photo.
Send photos and measurements on the custom design page or on WhatsApp. A designer comes back with a sketch and a price, and the deposit starts production.

How long does made to order furniture take?
Every piece is built after your deposit, so allow 4 to 8 weeks in total, depending on the piece. The exact time for each range is on its product pages, and we message you at each stage of production.
How much does made to order furniture cost in Egypt?
At Enzo pieces start from EGP 8,000, and sofas and L-shaped sofas start from EGP 43,000 (smallest size, fabric as shown). The price depends on the size and fabric you choose and updates on the product page as you change them.
Can I choose the exact size?
Yes. Every piece has a size slider in steps set for that piece, and the price updates as you move it. For a size outside the slider, message a designer and we will tell you if it can be made.
Can I see the fabrics before I order?
Yes. Feel them at the showroom at Signature Square Mall, El Yasmine 7, New Cairo, or ask on WhatsApp and we send real swatches. Colours on a screen are approximate, so it is worth seeing one first.
How do I pay?
Pay a 30% deposit online or at the showroom to start production, and the balance on delivery. You can also pay in full online. Card payments are made on Banque Misr’s secure payment page.
Can I cancel a made to order piece?
You can cancel within 48 hours of paying your deposit, and before production starts, for a full refund of the deposit. Once we begin cutting or upholstering, the deposit is non-refundable because the piece is made to your size and fabric. Faults are repaired or replaced at no cost.
Do you deliver outside Cairo?
Yes, across Egypt from our factory in Damietta. Fees by area: Greater Cairo free, Delta & Canal EGP 1,500, Upper Egypt & Coast EGP 3,500. The fee for your governorate is shown at checkout before you pay.
