What delivery to Cairo looks like
Every piece is built in Damietta, then travels to you once it is finished. Lead time is separate from the drive: a piece is built after your deposit, in 4 to 8 weeks depending on the range, and the delivery to you comes after that.
When the piece is ready the team calls you to agree a day and a time window. They carry it up, unpack it and place it where you want it in the room.
Plan around your building
Many Cairo apartments are in blocks with a single lift, so the route matters as much as the room. Before you order, check three things:
- The lift: inside width, depth and door opening. A long sofa usually rides on its end, so the height of the cabin matters too.
- The stairs: the narrowest turn and the lowest ceiling on the way up, in case the lift is not an option.
- The building itself: whether the doorman or management needs notice, and the hours when a delivery is allowed.
Tell us about the route
Write any restrictions in the order notes, or send the lift and stairwell measurements to a designer on WhatsApp. If a large sofa will be tight, we can talk about splitting a layout or adjusting the size before production starts, which is the cheapest moment to change it.
Visit the showroom first
Our showroom is in New Cairo, inside the Cairo governorate, at Signature Square Mall, El Yasmine 7, New Cairo, open every day, 1 PM to 10 PM. Seeing the pieces and fabrics in person is the easiest way to be sure before you order.
