Delivery

Made to order in Damietta and delivered to your door.

Lead time

Every piece is built after your deposit is received. Lead times are shown on each product page and are usually 4 to 8 weeks depending on the piece. We message you at each stage of production.

Delivery areas and fees

We deliver across Egypt. Delivery is free in Greater Cairo. Fees for other governorates are shown at checkout before you pay.

On the day

Our team calls to agree a delivery window, carries the piece to your room and places it. Please make sure the route to the room (lift, stairs, doorways) is clear and tell us about any restrictions in the order notes.

Check on arrival

Please inspect the piece on delivery. If anything is damaged or not as ordered, tell the delivery team and message us within 48 hours with photos so we can put it right.
