Returns and cancellations

Because each piece is made for you, our policy is different from ready-made furniture.

Cancelling before production

You can cancel within 48 hours of paying your deposit, and before production has started, for a full refund of the deposit.

Once we begin cutting or upholstering your piece, the deposit is non-refundable because the piece is made to your size and fabric.

If a piece arrives with a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace it at no cost. See the warranty.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 working days.
