Furnish your home in Tanta

Furnishing a whole home

A lot of orders to Tanta are for a new flat: a sofa, a bed, a dining table and a TV unit all at once. Made to order helps here because pieces can be sized to the same room plan and finished in fabrics that go together.

Plan the order in this sequence

It saves time to decide in this order:

1. Measure each room and the way in.
2. Choose the biggest piece first, usually the sofa or bed, and set its size.
3. Pick a fabric, then size the coffee table and TV unit to match.
4. Pay the deposit and let the designer confirm your measurements.

Timing a delivery

If you are moving in on a fixed date, start early. Lead time is separate from the drive: a piece is built after your deposit, in 4 to 8 weeks depending on the range, and the delivery to you comes after that. Our designers can tell you which ranges are quicker.

Getting it to the room

The team carries each piece in and places it. For upper floors, measure the stairwell and lift, and tell us in the order notes. Packing a whole home means several pieces arriving together, so clear the hallway ahead of time.
