How the piece reaches you

The piece is finished in Damietta, then makes the journey west to Alexandria. Lead time is separate from the drive: a piece is built after your deposit, in 4 to 8 weeks depending on the range, and the delivery to you comes after that.

The team calls you to agree a day and delivery window, carries the piece into your home and places it where you want it.

Measuring for Alexandria buildings

Alexandria has many older apartment blocks, and in these the stairwell is often narrower than the room. If that sounds like your building:

• Measure the width of the stairs between the railing and the wall, and the tightest turn.
• Measure the front door width and height, not only the room doorway.
• If there is a lift, note the inside depth and door width; a three-seat sofa will not fit a small cabin lying flat.

Paying from Alexandria

Pay the 30% deposit online by card to start production, or pay in full online. The balance is paid when the piece is delivered.
