What does made to order mean?
Made to order means the piece is built after you order it, in the size and fabric you choose, instead of being taken from a warehouse. Enzo builds every piece in its own factory in Damietta, Egypt.
How does it work, step by step?
Four steps take you from the screen to your living room.
- Choose a piece, then slide to the length you need and pick a fabric.
- See it at home in 3D or augmented reality, at its true size.
- Pay the deposit (30%) online or at the showroom to start production.
- We build it in Damietta, update you at each stage and deliver it to your door.
How long does it take?
Lead times depend on the piece and run from 4 to 8 weeks from your deposit. The time for each piece is on its product page.
What do I pay, and when?
You pay a 30% deposit to start production and the balance on delivery. You can also pay in full online. Card payments are made on Banque Misr’s secure payment page.
What if I change my mind?
You can cancel within 48 hours of your deposit, before production starts, for a full refund of the deposit. Once cutting or upholstery begins the deposit is non-refundable, because the piece is made to your size and fabric. If a piece arrives with a manufacturing fault, we repair or replace it.
